Cakes Rhaiza

I was born in Venezuela where I graduated from college as a lawyer. My real passion though is family, the kitchen and the art of baking and decorating cakes for any occasion.

I started in this field more than 25 years ago, baking cakes and preparing hors d’oeuvres for my children’s birthday parties. I was attracted to cooking and the amazing results that I could get when mixing the right spices, colors, textures and flavors. Then I fell in love with the multiple dishes that I was able to create with sugar, some other ingredients and a little bit of imagination.
